The Monitor

The Netherlands Inclusivity Monitor (NIM) offers organisations (larger than 200 employees) insight into the coherence of their D&I policy and connects this with employee experiences. The instruments from the monitor are based on tens of scientific researches and are validated in a scientific way.
The combination of the policy and the employee experience is essential for getting a correct insight in where your organisation stands in the field of D&I. Subsequently, the NIM provides tools for carrying out targeted improvement actions and clarifies the bottlenecks.

What do I get?

  • An objective baseline measurement with a scientific basis

  • A tailor-made report for my organisation

  • Insight into the effect of the policy on my employees

  • Comparison of my results with other participants via the Benchmark

  • An annual event with other participants on the latest developments in D&I

The Instruments

With the Policy Scan Inclusivity©, your organisation gains insight into the extent to which the D&I policy is coherent, systemically designed and implemented, and scientifically founded. By means of the Employee Scan Inclusivity©, this is linked to how employees experience the inclusive climate of their organisation (>200 employees). These two instruments form the basis of the Netherlands Inclusivity Monitor.

Policy Scan Inclusivity©

The Policy Scan Inclusivity© maps out where the policy is coherent and systematic and where there is still room for improvement. The policy scan focuses on the four HR domains: inflow, inclusion, promotion and outflow. The scan also examines per domain whether it goes through the five steps of a good policy: vision, SMART goals, support, implementation and evaluation.

Employee Scan Inclusivity©

With the Employee Scan Inclusivity© we measure the extent to which employees experience the organization as inclusive. In other words, do your employees feel that employees who are somehow 'different' from others are accepted and appreciated in the organization?
