How can I participate?

The Dutch Inclusion Monitor is meant for organisations with more than 200 employees. It has three types of packages to choose from. The contents of these packages are described below. Before starting, an exploratory conversation with your organization will take place. Look for the best fit or choose the customized option. Every participant receives a report with recommendations.

 

Basic

Consists of:

  • Report with recommendations;

  • Benchmark comparing the results with other participants of the DIM;

  • Invitation to yearly DIM event to keep up with the latest developments;

Supplement

Consists of:

  • Insight into (possible) differences between groups of employees and/or departments;

  • Matching of the Employee Scan to your own HR data

Consists of:

A fully customizable package, in which the Instruments of the other options will be used, but more in-depth analysis will be made of your organization.
