      <image:title>Actueel - Congres Gelijke Kansen &amp;amp; Inclusie op de Werkvloer - “Diversiteit en inclusie zijn geen trends, maar voorwaarden voor een toekomstbestendigde organisatie” is de onderliggende gedachte bij de organisatie van dit congres. Werkgevers, HR-professionals en managers kregen inzichten uit zowel de praktijk als de wetenschap om daarmee écht het verschil te kunnen maken. Professor dr. Naomi Ellemers verzorgde een lezing over het belang van een samenhangend, systematisch en wetenschappelijk gefundeerd diversiteit- en inclusiebeleid, waarbij zij zich baseerde op inzichten uit het onderzoek van de Nederlands InclusiviteitsMonitor (NIM). Tijdens haar presentatie benadrukte zij dat een efficiënt en succesvol D&amp;I-beleid vraagt om structurele inzet binnen organisaties en bood zij concrete handvatten om diversiteit en inclusie op een effectieve manier te implementeren. Het congres gaf de aanwezigen daarmee waardevolle inzichten in wat nodig is om D&amp;I daadwerkelijk te verankeren en toe te passen.
